Mr. Kokolinakis has more than 25 years of practical experience.
During his professional career, he has worked as a manager of leading companies, working in the planning, organization, creation and management of such companies, two of which had 110 and 300 shareholders respectively. The last company managed by Mr. Kokolinakis employed 1.000 people and had an annual turnover of € 120,000,000.
Mr. Kokolinakis has studied in Britain and holds a Degree in Economics (University of Stirling) and a Master's Degree in Business Administration – MBA (University of Edinburgh).

Mrs. Glaveri is a Chemical Engineer, graduate of the Polytechnic School of Thessaloniki, with significant research activity in the first years of her professional career. For several years she served as the Production Manager of the manufacturing industry DOMISSIMA S.A., where she gained an extensive experience in production, which she later used by assuming several managerial positions in Consulting Firms in the areas of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001:2000, ISO 22000:2005, IFS, etc.)
Furthermore, given her long and dedicated career in the field of Business Development for Private Health Institutions both in Greece and abroad, she recently undertook the management of the Services Development Division for Private Health.
Head of Financial Services.
Mr. X.T. boasts many years of experience as Head of Financial Services in large Greek companies, with great expertise in customized solutions in the economic structure of businesses, especially within the tax accounting framework.
Mr. N.P. is the legal advisor to VantagePoint S.A. He and his colleagues staff one of the largest law firms in Greece.
Business Development, -Project Manager
Mr. X.A. worked for seven years as the Chief Accountant for the Coca-Cola company (3E) and twelve years as the CFO for a large and well known food industry in Northern Greece, while holding specialized knowledge in cost accounting. He holds a Degree in Economics (College of Wooster, Ohio, USA) and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration – MBA (Miami University Oxford, Ohio, USA).
Μ.Ι.S.- Project Manager
Mr. K.B. is an organization and supply manager for I.T. support services, with expertise in biomedical technology. He has a 30 year long experience in management, creation and implementation of procedures designed to achieve predefined goals. He served for 20 years as Technical Director of SIEMENS in Greece, in the areas of computer systems and medical solutions and products. Mr. K.B. participated in the adoption and implementation of standards for the secure transmission of large amounts of information in unsafe and heterogeneous computer networks at the Ministry of Presidency, in collaboration with the N.C.S.R. DEMOCRITUS. He holds a degree in Mathematics from the Physics and Mathematics School of the University of Ioannina and a Computer Science degree from the University of Berlin
Business Development, Project Manager
Mr. A.X. with 20 years of diversified market presence, is one of the most experienced and respected executives in the field of Business Development. He has served for over 10 consecutive years in senior management positions as executive and/or member of the Board of Directors of large companies in the healthcare, insurance and banking industries, dedicated to the development of new markets and the implementation of appropriate trade policies/strategies. Mr. A.X. studied (C.B.A. & M.B.A.) in the USA.
Commercial Manager- Project Manager
Mr. N.M. is a Commercial and Sales Manager with extensive experience in sales and marketing, having held similar managerial positions in major foreign (V.A.G. Stockholm AB in Sweden, Penny Products in Nigeria, etc.) and domestic companies (J. Boutari & Son Winery S.A., Allied Domecq S.A., etc.), working on the creation, organization, staffing and management of commercial divisions.
Mr. N.M. is also highly specialized in building and managing brand equity, developing new products in the market and penetrating into new markets and commercial sectors.
Having originally studied to Telecommunications Engineer, he continued his studies to the level of Higher Commercial Education at the Scandinavian Total Institute of Business, which he concluded with a Master’s in Business Administration – MBA from the University of Sheffield (UK).
Mr. D.M. is an Engineer, graduate of the department of Electrical and Computer Engineering of the Polytechnic School of the Democritus University of Thrace - Greece, and a specialist in the area of artificial intelligency systems and robotics.
In his 25-year career, he has worked as an advisor or /and manager of Information Systems at numerous companies (i.e. Success International A.E.BE, Macedonian News Agency SA, K. Mesaikos A.T.E.V.E, VICKO AE), as a Technical Director at a publishing group, as a manager of databases on projects of the National Cadastre and TAP pipeline, etc.
His experience lies mainly in the organization and support of Information Systems and communications, in business I.T , and in the management and analysis of large-scale data.
Chief Financial Officer
Mr I.B. has worked as Chief Accountant and Chief Financial Officer in various companies (Continent Hellas SA, Autostar SA, SA Hadjigeorgiou, Euromedica SA) with extensive experience in their organization, management and finance structure . In Companies such as ‘Euromedica Group’, Mr I.B successfully held the position of C.E.O, managing the Group’s Organisational and Financial extensive restructuring.
He is a graduate from the Aristotle University in Thessaloniki, holding a degree in Economics and he has diploma of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens in International Accounting Standards.
Hotel Management Dept Director
Mr. K.A. has served as an Executive (General Manager, Operations Manager, F&B Manager, etc.) in several major 4* & 5* hotels established in Greece (Crete, Northern Greece, Corfu, etc.). He boasts successful field experience in Hotel Restructuring & Business Development with a specialty in Operations and Sales. He holds a BA in Economics from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and Masters studies in Tourism Management from the University of Westminster in London.
Mr. P.K. is a graduate from the University of Macedonia in Thessaloniki, holding a Degree in Accounting & Finance. He has successfully concluded his Post-Graduate Studies at the same institution, obtaining a Master’s Degree in Finance.
During his long career, he held the positions of Chief Accountant and Head of Economics & Finance Departments in various large mother & subsidiary companies, most of them listed at the Stock Exchange (i.e. Elgeka S.A., Euromedica S.A., Vivartia S.A., etc.).
Mr. P.K. has substantial experience in all areas of Economics & Finance, such as Organization and Supervision of Accounting Departments, Management of Economic & Finance Departments, Financial Planning & Analysis and Treasury.
